    We ship from the United Kingdom to most countries worldwide.
  • How long do international deliveries take
    Delivery times through DHL vary dependent on the country that it is being shipped to.
  • Can i return my order?
    Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    We are able to change/cancel orders within the first hour of payment. Please note that after one hour of placing your order, it will no longer be possible to make amendments or cancel.
  • How long does it take to process my wig order before it ships?
    'Ready-to-wear' Wigs that are ordered thoguh the 'Add to Cart' button are shipped within 10 business days. 'Ready-to-wear' Wigs that are ordered through the 'Pre Order' button are shipped within 21 days
  • When will i receive my order?
    Standard delivery is available Monday - Friday and takes 1-3 working days to arrive within the UK once it has been shipped.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Standard delivery for wigs cost £7.50, free for wigs over £300. Standard delivery for lashes and bonnets costs £2.99. Standard Delivery for bundles costs £5.50 Standard Delivery for closures costs £2.99
  • Are deliveries tracked?
    Yes, all deliveries are tracked. A tracking number will be sent via email once your parcel has been dispatched. - a signature will be required on receipt of the parcel. -if you are unavailable to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a 'sorry we missed you' card.
  • How much does express delivery cost?
    £7.65 for parcels to be received by 1pm the following day. - please note that this only applies for orders placed before 12pm the previous day. - this service is currently available for orders containing only eyelashes.
  • Will a signature be required
    Yes, a signature will be required upon receipt of the parcel. should you not be available upon the courier's arrival, they will leave a 'sorry we missed you' card.
  • Are Cheveux Connoisseur eyelashes reusable?
    Yes, our strip lashes can be worn up to 30 times with proper care and maintenance.
  • Any hygiene tips?
    It is recommended to clean the lashes after every use by removing the glue from the band. - Simply use a tweezer to gently remove glue, lashes will be as good as new! - Avoid using water or any liquids. -Use the mascara wand provided to brush out lash strands and keep eyelashes fluffy.
  • Are CheveuxConnoisseur items cruelty free?
    Yes, all items are cruelty free.
  • How do i find out the status of my order?
    A tracking number/tracking link will be sent out via email once the parcel has been dispatched, this can be used to find out the status of your order.
